Extension Design
If you have a home extension designed already, we will carefully review the design. If not, we can assist in creating a plan and design for you. We can even bring your ideas to life with CAD and 3D drawings if required.

Pre-Fit Measurement
We will conduct an accurate measurement to ensure everything is perfectly aligned for the installation day.

Home Extension
Once everything is finalized, we will assign a project manager and provide you with a planning guide. This ensures our dedicated team of tradespeople stays on track throughout the flat roof or pitched roof home extension. We supply all necessary materials to complete your home extension.

Cleanup
We wipe and clean surfaces and clear out any leftover supplies and debris including disposal of construction materials.

  • How long will Home Extensions take?

    On average it takes between six to eight weeks to extend your home for small/medium extension. Bigger extension will take around ten to twelve weeks. However, this really depends on how much work needs to be done. Through a dedicated  project manager and project plan, we can minimize the interruption to your routine and get the job completed as quickly and easily as possible.

  • How do I plan for a home extension?

    First, establish your budget as this will give you the parameters for the scope of your extension. Then ask yourself, what is the key priority for your extension? Open plan kitchen/diner? Lighting? Interior Re-design? Utility & Downstairs bathroom? Extra bedroom? Flat roof or Pitched roof? Then look at your properties footprint. Is it square, rectangular, L shaped, varied or multiple (side and rear), wraparound?

  • Will Home Extension add value to my home?

    While there is no doubt extending your home will improve the value of your home.

  • Do I need to employ an architectural designer for my extension?

    In short, Yes. The process can be tricky unless you get an expert involved and advise you on all the key areas such as party walls, drainage, buildability, nieghbours right to light (and more).

    However, you are not obliged to employ an architect or planner

  • Do I need to apply for Planning permission approval?

    Home extensions or Granny flats up to few specific m2 doesn’t need planning permission approval. But it is better you can apply for planning permission and get approval before starting the extension for peace of mind

  • What is your availability and area coverage?

    We work all over Dublin and nearby areas. We like to keep busy, but we are usually available for projects with a few weeks’ notice. It is always worth contacting us to check.

  • Do you supply all materials?

    Yes. We provide A-Grade materials based on your need or you can purchase and supply your own laminates and tiles of your taste
